Working with Erica has been so much fun. She helped me work with pieces I had and wanted to keep to freshen up our family room. Erica is no joke, top notch! We moved into a beautiful new home and that same afternoon realized our couch just did not do it justice. I contacted Erica via Houzz that same day. We met at the end of that same week. She looked, listened, asked questions, and turned around a proposal that met our needs and recognized our priorities. COVID did not put the slightest delay in Erica's process!! We met virtually and decisions were made quickly. Erica was really helped me narrow down choices of what I wanted - we also did a lot of it remotely or via pictures and Pinterest. She asked me how I wanted to work with her (for me too many choices is overwhelming) and was very helpful in explaining the process and processed the details herself. It was nice not to do all the minutia of ordering, counting, waiting on shipping confirmations. Items just showed up! She and the contractor handled a lot of little things and involved me in big decisions or delays. The entire kitchen project was amazing! I can’t wait for Erica to help me again!!
